CLIENTS
The following is an overview of some of the client issues we have helped to address. As a disclaimer, we do not ever divulge our client identities and therefore we do not ask our clients to provide references for us. The reason behind this is that we sign Confidentiality Agreements with every client we serve. We signed these NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements) because it is our intent to serve our clients as their pseudo partner and to fulfill this charter we need to examine every record the business generates (financial, operation, marketing, engineering, etc) and be able to have frank and open discussions with all employees of the client organization. Bottom line is that our client’s confidentiality is sacred to us and we do whatever is necessary to keep their confidence. Therefore, all of the client issues that follow are presented without client name reference and are intended to provide an overview of the type of services we have either provided or are currently providing.
• Grew small ASP Software Company from $2.1 million to $3.5 million in revenues (67%) increase over 2 ½ year period as an independent contractor CEO.
• Developed valuation analysis for small retail company ($560K in revenues) that allowed the company to sell its operations for 17% more than they were targeting.
• Provided business advice for start-up Holistic Health practice that allowed the practice to grow from zero revenues to $8K per month in a six month period.
• Providing accounting and business advisory assistance to revolutionary gym concept with the challenge of educating the marketplace.
• Worked with SCORE counselors to help small restaurant owner turnaround its business.
• Process of producing a large business plan for a government entity that will require 225 hours + of labor in order for entity to procure needed funding.
• Continued business plan development for a variety of start up entities.
• Provided Franchise Agreement review advice that allowed potential Franchisor to get funding on part of the Franchise Fees, in addition to providing 25 points for the Franchisee to investigate.
• Provided consultation to two larger middle size companies (approximately $50 Million in revenues each) on strategy to save $200,000 + annually in income taxes and provide funding resources for estate planning purposes.
• Providing valuation analysis for commercial property zoned land with buildings in order for partnership to maximize value when selling the property.
